The SGHA 2008-2009 hockey registration is on-line again this year.
Please read the information below before proceeding through to the Quickenrollment link to the registration.
Returning players to SGHA must be registered by April 20, 2008 to guarantee a spot for next season.
2008-2009 FEES
REGISTER BY APRIL 20th AND RECEIVE $25 OFF
House league fee:
Novice, Timbits to Midget $280 - Full balance due with registration
(New registrants to SGHA - $225)
Rep fees:
Senior - $300
Intermediate - $250 (less $25 if registered by April 20th)
Midget AA, A, C - $700 (less $25 if registered by April 20th)
Bantam AA, B, C - $675 (less $25 if registered by April 20th)
Peewee A, B - $650 (less $25 if registered by April 20th)
Atom A, C - $625 (less $25 if registered by April 20th)
$255 due with registration. Balance must be paid in full by Aug. 1/08.
Please include postdated cheques with registration.
If registration not paid in full on or before October 1, 2008
a late fee of $50.00 will apply.

For anyone coming from another centre, playing GIRLS HOCKEY last season (2007/2008):
BEFORE THE FIRST TRYOUT WE NEED:
- a current permission to skate
- a photocopy of your birth certificate
- a completed SMGHA registration
- payment of tryout fees
You are weclome to tryout with any team that is above the level of your home center, but we ask you to return to your home center if your unsuccessful for such teams. You will receive full refund of registration fees. Except a $25 Adminstration fee will apply if you paid by Credit card |
If you choose Rep registration, please be aware you are not guaranteed a spot on a rep team. If not selected at try outs (spring/fall)you may choose to leave SGHA and receive a full refund or you will be placed on a team in our house league (if not coming from another centre).
Refund Policy
Players comng from other associations , we advise to pay the registration fee by cheque. Which we will return to you if you are not successful.
$25 adminstration fee will be charged on a credit card payment.
Any Rep player withdrawing before October 1st after committing to a team will forfeit. the first installment of fees to SGHA ($255). Refunds after Oct 1st will be assessed individually by SGHA.
Out of town fees
The City of Stratford charges $75 per participant (maximum of $150 per family) for all arena users that don't pay taxes to the City of Stratford. Please select the appropriate choice, for up to two children on the registration form.
If you wish to play house league and not attend any tryouts (spring or fall), please select house league registration. You may later decide to attend Rep try outs, but it helps us be better prepared for numbers at try outs.
Please do not sign the same child up for both house league and Rep.
